Poyry Emerge were first class in preparation of the work, always responding quickly to our questions. Any further queries we had were addressed promptly regarding the changes that were required. The training supplied on the use of the Avaya software was also excellent. With our system now in place for four months, I am pleased to say we have had no problems.
